Apple Land Santa visits are by pre-registration / pre-purchase only.

• Visits are $8.00 per person, tax included. Every person, any age 2 & above must book a ticket. 
• Santa visits are outdoors and in all weather - please dress accordingly
• We are unable to process refunds, exchanges or time changes on your booking. Please feel free to pass along to a friend, they will need to provide us with your name & phone number at check-in. tickets, this is a very popular event and changes are extremely difficult.
• If there are provincially mandated orders which prevent us from operating entirely, we will issue refunds. We will continue to monitor the provincial updates and amend our business response and operating procedures if required. Please ensure to keep informed with any procedural changes on our Website, Facebook or Instagram pages. We know that changes to COVID-19 requirements can happen at a moments notice and we will be actively providing updates as we receive them. 
• ​​Jolly Ole Fellow is a senior,  vulnerable to  COVID, Colds & Flu, please do not visit if anyone in your group is feeling ill.​

​What your visit will look like

• Book your visit online ensure it is correct, we cannot change the date/time once you have booked.
• Bring your phone or camera
• Arrive 5 mins before your departure time, PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE or you will lose your spot and miss your visit with Santa. He runs a tight ship and if you are late it  takes time away from other peoples visits.
• 1 person from your group please 'check in' in the store, we'll just need your name & phone #.
• Hop on the train
• Engineers Dan, Randy or Goose will greet you
• Train ride around the orchard to Santa's cabin
• Get off the train and stay warm by the bonfires until it's your turn to visit Santa.
• ​Every child receives a special sweet treat from Santa
• Santa's helper will help with photos using your camera to capture the entire family or group
• After your visit with Santa you can stay warm by the fire, go play on Sand Mountain and in the play area, visit Dicken's Village, take lots of photos or walk our orchard and enjoy nature. Whenever you're ready, hop on the train to return to the  store.
