A visit with Santa looks different this year
Apple Land has been working closely with Santa to offer you a safe and socially distanced visit. Santa loves the hugs, secret handshakes and whispers but the Jolly Ole Fellow also realizes that this is once again a Covid Christmas, things are different but together we want to make this a Santa visit you'll remember forever..
Apple Land Santa visits are by pre-registration / pre-purchase only.
We will enforce all social distancing and group gathering requirements, as well as follow all Health Canada guidelines and we will be following all provincially mandated requirements. Masks must be worn while riding on the train and anywhere else you are unable to maintain a social distance of 3 metres/ 6 feet apart. Should you choose to stay and play, take photos in the orchard and surrounding area, you do not need to wear your mask as long as you remain social distanced from other groups.
There will be no refunds on tickets, if there are provincially mandated orders which prevent us from operating entirely, we will issue refunds. We will continue to monitor the provincial updates and amend our business response and operating procedures if required. Please ensure to keep informed with any procedural changes on our website and Facebook page. We know that changes to COVID-19 requirements can happen at a moments notice and we will be actively providing updates as we receive them.
